|Everlasting Castings strives to provide you the customer with utmost satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a product or your baby comes before you have a chance to use a belly casting kit, you are welcome to return your goods and request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. All refunds for credit cards will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Postage fees (which may vary dependent on your delivery location) are non-refundable. A re-stocking/admin fee of £3 will be charged on all refunds. All refunds are at the discretion of management.|
|Products will only be accepted back if they are unopened and unused. Before returning your goods you will need to contact Everlasting Castings to notify us of:|

- Your address
- Your previous payment method
- Your delivery address if different to your billing address
- The products/goods that you want to return
- Date of purchase
- Order number
|We may ask you to send a digital photograph so we can fully understand the nature of any damage/fault before deciding what to do.|
Frames must be wrapped well in bubble-wrap and returned to us in a box to prevent damage. If we sent the wrong item we will refund your return postage and pay for the replacement to be sent.
|Fingerprint jewellery items cannot be refunded once they have been made as they are personal to you and cannot be re-sold. If your item is faulty it will be repaired, if possible or replaced. You will first need to take a digital picture and send it to us. If instructed, you should return your jewellery by Royal Mail Special Delivery to PO Box 451, Byfleet, West Byfleet, Surrey, KT14 9AY with a covering letter. The postage cost will be refunded in the case of faulty items. Repairs and replacements can take up to 3 weeks from when we receive the returned item. If when you return your item it gets lost in the post you will have to claim from Royal Mail. We cannot be held responsible.|
If you decide not to have your jewellery made once you have sent your prints in to us, we will take off £9 plus £5.99 per impression kit used, from the refund amount.
If an item is lost or damaged we would explain the process of how to claim from Royal Mail and provide you with an invoice.
|We carefully wrap our frames to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. However, occasionally glass can smash or a frame corner can get dented if mishandled by the delivery service. We will need a picture sent of any damage so we can decide what to do. In the case of damaged acrylic, we will send a new piece of acrylic and specialist framers tape with which to secure it. For damaged glass, we will refund £5 and you will need to have a new piece of glass cut locally at a glaziers/frame shop (approx. £2) as we cannot send glass on its own. If the frame is damaged too, we will arrange for the courier to collect just the frame and send a replacement. For Royal Mail and Parcel Force deliveries we may ask you to return the frame via Recorded 2nd class delivery and will refund the postage but in most cases we just send another frame. Frame pins - We use a special framing gun, a bit like a stapler, to fire the pins into the frame to secure the glass, mounts and back. If a pin comes loose, we will send specialist framers tape to secure the frame.|
Please remember to inform us of any damage by 2pm the next day (including Saturdays) or, you may have to pay to return your frame.

|Everlasting Castings will ask you to send your goods back. If a refund is given, Everlasting Casings will credit you using the method that you paid, deducting all relevant charges. If goods are damaged in transit but can be reboxed, labelled or repaired a fee will be charged. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of unopened goods, unless otherwise authorised by Everlasting Castings Ltd. All returns are subject to approval by our customer services.|
